Can you crop your skill bar and just post that? I think many people are curious to see if maybe it could have been a skill you might not have considered. Personally I don't really care if your build is crap or not, I just want to see what might have done it.

I recall hearing that you could kill them by pulling them under a gigantic snowball but that's been fixed.

Yup since farming the event quests over and over i have had it happen twice but no loot dropped.
One time one of the cows/ox "not the main one you kill in the quest" actually got outside the gate
that was funny I was trying to chase it away but it always seamed to want to go back to the pen.
Simple things to keep me amused I guess. lol
A pitty we cant kill Hai Len and put him out of his misery. lol

I also had this happen when I was out doing the quests to get the Lunar Tokens. I went in there to kill the raging bull and after the raging bull died, my minions started attacking and killed one of the non-targetable bulls. I was a warrior and had no AoE spells... didn't drop anything for me but seems like a small glitch, not one that makes a big deal, but a small glitch none the less...

Well, I think it's interesting anyway. I knew they could be killed, didn't know they could actually drop things.
Congrats =).

It's like when you vanquish zen daijun. There's no enemies so you kill a cow to vanquish.
They probably wouldn't drop loot except for the weekend event though.

yes you can easily kill the un-pickable animals----when I was doing the quest (just my luck---uhm, he is broke because he keeps giving me 300 gold everytime I do the quest)....and I had some fun with my e/w and area effected skills (lava font et al)....and managed to kill all the cows along with the bull....its fun to watch them try to run away from it while IN a pen!

That happened to me too! Olias used Icy Veins on the Raging Bull. It hit the innocent water buffalo grazing next to it.

Yeah, after watching him go broke for the umpteenth time... Poor sod. If GW was something along the lines of Monkey Island, he'd be endearingly hopeless. Since it's not, he's headdeskingly stupid.

I managed to kill them too when I was using Ancestor's Rage. Just stood next to them and used the skill. The time I did it, they didn't drop anything though.

I always thought it was pretty well known that you could kill them but oh well. Was most likely the derv with AoE scythe attacks of PBoA enchantments, even the burning from Heart of Fury will kill em.

Yup, it happens. People tried killing these bulls when factions just came out, right outside SJM. There was a thread about it then iirc. Still funny though :P

Hapless Chong is my candidate for a quick decapitation. I mean, he gets killed in the end anyway and I'd save myself a lot of time without running around collecting berries and stuff for that Guwon lady.

AOE splash damage hits them..I killed two alongside the target with CoP, and Assassin support also goes after them so maybe she popped a sin on the target bull, killed it, then the sin went off and killed the next bull before disappearing.

Water Buffalo drops a pile of bullshit, which is reserved for...
...
I would totally go out and start killing those Buffalo for that stuff.
I think it'd help Gwen's garden. Fertilizer and whatnot.

This bug has been in for aggggeeeesss. go outside SJM with D/me or Me/D put on Echo or Arcane Echo and the SS skill Eternal Aura. stand next to a bull thing and echo it. Get a Cornerd bull or he will flee too fast and avoid the second hit of Eternal Aura. btw im talking about the none targetable big grey things. they give 0 exp to my lvl 20 and states that on screen. however im yet to get a drop from one
